Southern Alps Tour 10th -14th November 2016

Rider – $2350

Non Riding Companion – $1950

Fee Inclusions
As the tour is 5 full days of riding the entry includes:
Pre ride carb load dinner on the 9th November, this is also registration where you will receive the registration pack, event numbers, timing chip and bag tags.
5 nights accommodation (including the last night in Queenstown),
3 meals a day throughout the tour consisting of a full buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as snacks and drinks, (all the best quality the region has to offer)
Event Nutrition, High 5 Energy Bars, High 5 Gels, High 5 Electrolyte and Protein Recovery, Ems cookies, OSM bars, cookie time cookies
Afternoon BBQ’s
Post ride drinks and snacks everyday (beer available of course)
Official tour leader jerseys presented after the evening meal daily
The final awards dinner celebration in Queenstown, where you will collect your completion jersey (also included if entered before 1 October 2016) and maybe a category jersey if you were lucky enough.
Major prize draws on the final night also.
Full on road and post ride support.

The non-riding companion receives the same 5 star service as the rider* plus:
Daily activities (taking in the local tourist attractions)

*Excludes rider completion jersey and event nutrition

Refunds/Cancellation Policy
A full refund less $100 administration fee will be given to any withdrawals/cancellations before the 1st July 2016.

Partial refund of entry cost, less administration fee of $100, less confirmed rooming costs will be given until the 31st August 2016.

Entries will close on the 30th September 2016

We will need to achieve 30 riders or more for the tour to go ahead
